Sergey Savchuk's journey in the construction and real estate industry is a testament to his dedication, expertise, and visionary leadership. Beginning his career in 1989 with Roosendaal Honcoop construction in Lynden, Washington, Sergey quickly established himself as a skilled builder of single-family homes. His early experiences laid a solid foundation for what would become a distinguished career in the industry.


In 1998, Sergey took a significant leap forward by founding Arrow Construction and Excavation. Under his guidance, the company expanded its horizons from single-family homes to include multi-family and commercial developments. What started as a modest one-man excavation crew blossomed into one of the most respected and capable construction companies in Whatcom County. This growth is a direct reflection of Sergey's commitment to excellence and his ability to lead and inspire his team.

Sergey's reputation for fairness and his dedication to his employees' growth are well-known in the industry. He believes in creating opportunities for willing and dedicated employees, fostering an environment where they can thrive and better themselves. This approach has not only benefited his team members but also contributed to the company's success.


In 2015, Sergey embarked on a new venture by opening Roma Management. His vision for Roma Management was clear: to provide local property owners with honest, quality customer service at an affordable rate. Sergey understands that the essence of a successful business lies in its people. He attributes much of his success to his faith in choosing the right individuals to be part of his team.

As the current Leasing Manager/Community Director, Erin oversees the entire portfolio, bringing a wealth of experience and a track record of exceptional leadership.



Erin's journey in the professional realm spans more than two decades, marked by significant roles that honed her skills in various sectors. Her background is diverse, ranging from marketing management in event planning and web content in the food service industry to accounting and customer service roles in her family's manufacturing businesses. This breadth of experience has equipped Erin with a unique perspective and a versatile skill set that she adeptly applies in her current role.


A testament to her outstanding performance and dedication, Erin has been honored with the Marketing Associate of the Year Award twice, an accolade that underscores her commitment to excellence. At the core of her professional ethos is a focus on delivering strong financial results, implementing cost-saving strategies, streamlining processes, and managing resources efficiently. Above all, Erin is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, a principle that drives her approach to community management.


Outside of her professional arena, Erin is deeply connected to her community and personal interests. She cherishes spending quality time with her family and actively participates in the PTA, reflecting her commitment to education and community engagement.  A lover of the arts, Erin enjoys expressing her creative side through singing with her husband in their country band.
